Last Thursday we spent the day at the beach with Melanie and Mom, I guess I should say Nina. It was cold, well at least to beck it was. It was a nice relaxing day. Much needed. Bella typically doesn’t like sand, I guess she doesn’t like to get dirty or maybe its the grittiness of it. Either way, she really didn’t want to get out in it, but she eventually did. And she collected about a half a bucket of shells to prove it. Also, she kept her sunglasses on the whole time… it was great. Click the pics below to see the rest of the shots from the day.

A Bellingrath Christmas

Tonight the Taylor clan went to Bellingrath for a little Christmas family outing.  It was fun.  Dreamland, 3.5 million lights and hot krispy kreme really say Christmas like nothing else.  Anyway, we’ve got some pics up on flickr, check them out by clicking here or one of pics below.  Of course it was the coldest night of the year so Bella was bundled up like the kid brother in A Christmas Story

bella’s 1st birthday party

Saturday was bellas 1st birthday party… it was awesome.  She didn’t make a mess with her cake, but we kinda expected her to be prissy (she hates getting dirty).  She was queen of the world with her 25 (at least) presents and she loved opening every one of them.  Thanks to everyone for the gifts. here are some pics… (see more here)

Today is Bella’s big day… she turns 1 today.  We can’t believe its already been a year since she was brought into our lives.  Its amazing. We love you more than anything Bellabop. 

our anniversary

Friday night was our 5th anniversary. We can’t believe we’ve been married that long, its amazing. We had a great day just taking it easy and celebrating our little family that is so blessed. Most of the day was spent shopping, not for us of course but for little miss Bella (someone’s got a birthday coming up real soon), we went to the outlet mall and didnt really buy a lot. We finished the day off by going to the Melting Pot, which was so much fun. It feels weird dropping that much coin on one meal by my lady was totally worth it. It’s such an intimate enviroment, and the food was amazing… especially the lobster, cheese, and oh my gosh the chocolate… it was flippin’ crazy good. Overall we had a great day and we can’t wait to see what God has in store in the future for us.
